Ross is an accomplished industry leader and veteran, bringing over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector to Venus AI. Ross’s vast experience as a leader in sales includes positions at Candela Medical, Lumenis, and Ulthera, Inc.

Ross holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

Michael brings more than 10 years of experience providing legal and strategic advice to Venus AI.

Michael began his legal career in 2011 with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, one of the top law firms in Canada, in its Corporate Law group. Michael continued to practice business law in progressive in-house roles at the Toronto Organizing Committee for the 2015 Pan-Am Games, and then with Walmart Canada Corp. prior to joining Venus AI.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2010, graduating in the top 5th percentile of his class. Michael also holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto, graduating with High Distinction in 2007. Michael was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2011.

Anna brings over 20 years of experience in HR and business roles. Prior to joining Venus AI, Anna was at Loblaw Companies Limited, a leading food and pharmacy leader in Canada, and her contributions extended to Human Resources, Training, Internal Communications, Sales Enablement as well as P&L responsibilities for various business units.

Anna holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto and holds her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) awarded by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in Ontario Canada.

Melissa has over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, sales, product management, and business development. Melissa is a global executive leader with extensive experience driving growth, innovation, and global market expansion across the medical aesthetics industry. Melissa has successfully owned her own business, managed globally recognized brands such as BOTOX Cosmetic®️, and held leadership roles at Merz Aesthetics, Prollenium Medical Technologies Inc., and Allergan Aesthetics. Throughout her career, Melissa has led global initiatives focused on commercial growth, brand development, and innovation.

Melissa holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Queen’s University. Melissa is also a CPA, CMA, bringing a strong combination of scientific, commercial, and financial expertise to the medical aesthetics industry.

Brad Oliver is a seasoned medical technology executive with more than 20 years of U.S. and international leadership experience across medical aesthetics, ophthalmology, and surgical technologies. He has led global commercial organizations throughout the Americas and Asia, delivering sustained growth, operational excellence, and shareholder value. Most recently, Brad served as President and General Manager, Americas for Lumenis where he led a team of 200+ employees through a decade of strategic growth and innovation. Brad is known for building high-performing teams, driving commercial execution, and leading organizations through growth and transformation.

Brad has completed executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Media Marketing) from the University of San Diego.
